Nanaimo alumni listen to an astronomy talk by Luc Simard, PhD '96

Alumni events are a great way to meet fellow alumni, build your network of contacts, and to catch up with what’s happening on campus.
Throughout the year, gatherings are held in Victoria, across Canada and in Asia. Make sure we have your current contact information
– we’ll let you know when the next event is happening near you.

Cancellations and refunds

The deadline to notify us in order to receive a refund for your registration is five (5) business days before the event date. Paid event registration cancellations received prior to the deadline may be eligible to receive a refund, and may be subject to a nominal cancellation administration fee.

Cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund.

Refunds will NOT be available for registrants who do not attend an event.

Cancellations will be accepted via phone (1-250-721-6000) or e-mail (alumni@uvic.ca), and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline. Where applicable, refunds will be processed after the event date.
